Early Registration opens October 2, 2023 and runs through December 31, 2023.  Early Registration is $25 lower than Regular Registration fees. 

Regular Registration starts January 1, 2024 and closes two weeks before the event (January 26, 2024). 

Late Registration starts January 27, 2024 and closes February 7, 2024.  Late Registration is $25 higher than Regular Registration. 

Refunds 

Should you need to withdraw from the event the following refund schedule shall apply:

• 75% refund will be provided through 6AM 4 weeks prior to event
• 50% refund will be provided through 6AM 2 weeks prior to event

Changing Events

Runners are allowed to drop down in race duration (e.g. transitioning from the 24-hour to 12-hour or 12-hour to 6-hour) up through 6AM (3 days prior), however, no money will be refunded for this transition. Runners are also allowed to transition to a longer event and will be asked to pay the entry fee difference. All of this assumes that there are open spots in the applicable categories.
